Changes in the management of PRJSC “Dokuchayevsk flux and dolomite plant” and PRJSC “Novotroitskoye ore mining”

A scheduled rotation of Board members took place at Private Joint Stock Company “Dokuchayevsk Flux and Dolomite Plant” and Private Joint Stock Company “Novotroitskoye Ore Mining” as required by the companies' Charters.

Until the next general shareholder meeting, Mikhail Khokhotva will act as the Chairman of the Board of PrJSC “Dokuchayevsk Flux and Dolomite Plant” and PrJSC “Novotroitskoye Ore Mining”; Dmitry Rymashevsky, as Financial Director of PrJSC “Dokuchayevsk Flux and Dolomite Plant”; Oksana Lysenko, as Financial Director of PrJSC “Novotroitskoye Ore Mining”. The members of the Board remain the same: PrJSC “Dokuchayevsk Flux and Dolomite Plant”: Sergey Onishchenko, Mikhail Khokhotva, Ksenia Sushko, and Dmitry Rymashevsky; PrJSC “Novotroitskoye Ore Mining”: Sergey Onishchenko, Mikhail Khokhotva, Anastasia Gornostayeva, and Oksana Lysenko.

UMG Holding is responsible for strategic and operational management of PrJSC “Dokuchayevsk Flux and Dolomite Plant” and PrJSC “Novotroitskoye Ore Mining” since 2013. The Holding operates consolidated mineral production and processing assets of SCM Group.
